FAQ
The questions we get most, answered straight. If yours is not here, ask us on a call.
What does Chimney Studios do?
We help businesses put AI to work. We audit your operations, build and deploy the AI systems that remove manual work, train your team to use them, and produce high-end AI ad creative. The goal is simple: save you 10 to 20 hours a week with AI that actually sticks.
How is this different from just buying AI tools?
Tools are the easy part. The hard part is knowing where AI actually fits your workflows, implementing it properly, and getting your team to use it instead of abandoning it. We audit where AI fits, build it into your real processes, and train your people so it becomes how the work gets done.
Who do you work with, and what size business is this for?
Small and mid-sized businesses, roughly 5 to 100 people, across service, e-commerce, consulting, and creative industries in North America. If you have manual work eating hours every week, you are who we build for.
What is an AI Audit?
An AI Audit is a structured review of how work moves through your business, done to find the specific tasks where AI saves the most time and money, then ranked so you know what to build first. You walk away with a prioritized plan you could act on whether or not you build it with us.
How much does the AI Audit cost, and what do I get?
The AI Audit is $497, one time. You get a focused 60-minute call, then a written report ranking your three highest-value workflows to automate by dollar value, with the exact tools and prompts for each, plus a follow-up call to make sure you actually ship.
What happens after the audit?
You own the plan. From there you can have us build and deploy the systems, have us train your team, or take the report and run it yourself. There is no obligation to continue. Most people start with the audit precisely because it gives them clarity before spending on any build.
How do you price implementation projects?
We scope implementation after the audit, because the audit is what tells us the real work involved. That way you see the plan and the cost before you commit to building anything, instead of paying for a guess. The audit prices the work; the build is quoted against that plan.
How long does AI implementation take?
It depends on scope. A single, well-defined automation can be live in days. A larger system that touches several workflows and tools takes longer to build, test, and roll out properly. We would rather ship something your team actually uses than rush a demo that quietly falls apart.
Do you only consult, or do you build?
We build. Audit, implement, and train, end to end. We are operators, not a slide deck. We run our own companies on AI, so we know what holds up in production and what quietly falls apart.
Can you train my team and build the systems, or just one?
Either. You can take a single service, training or implementation or AI ads, or let us run the whole thing as one system: audit, build, and train together. Most businesses get the most value when the build and the training happen side by side, so adoption sticks.
What tools do you build with?
We build with Make.com, n8n, custom code, and AI models where they genuinely help. We are not tied to any one platform. We choose whatever fits your workflow and your budget, and we avoid lock-in that leaves you stuck later.
Do you work remotely, or only in Yukon?
We are based in Yukon, Canada and work remotely with businesses across North America. The audit call and the implementation work happen online, so where you are located is not a barrier.
Is my data safe when we use AI?
Data handling is part of how we choose tools. We favour platforms with proper data controls, we do not wire your private data into places it should not go, and we set up access so the right people see the right things. If a workflow touches sensitive data, we design for that from the start.
How are you different from a marketing agency or a dev shop?
A marketing agency hands you a strategy. A dev shop hands you a one-off build. We do the part in between and after: we find where AI pays off, build it into your real operations, and train your team so it keeps working once we step back. We stay until it is running, not just demoed.
What is high-end AI advertising?
It is cinematic, AI-produced ad creative and paid campaigns that make a company look far bigger than it is. You get big-brand production value at AI speed and cost, without a full production crew or a studio budget.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. The point is to take the repetitive work off your team, the data entry, the chasing, the copy-paste, so the people you already have spend their time on the work that actually needs a human. In practice it makes a small team move like a much larger one.
What if we already bought AI tools nobody uses?
That is one of the most common things we see. Usually the tools were fine and the rollout was not. We either make what you already pay for actually stick inside your workflows, or replace it with something simpler. Adoption is the whole game, and it is what we fix.
