We bring real expertise and do work we stand behind. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, because results depend on factors outside our control, including your tools, data, and how systems are used after we hand them over.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work, and to use anything we build lawfully and as intended.

Intellectual property

Content on this website belongs to Chimney Studios. Ownership of work we deliver to you is set out in your engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chimney Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Yukon, Canada.
